Koa Peat is a sublime athlete and a force of nature, but the Arizona freshman has a great opportunity to prove that he's got the potential to be more than that.
His touch isn’t that good, but his process in a straight line is just okay. I’m not sure about him that much, and he doesn’t have counters when he can’t go straight to the rim. Obviously since his opponents become taller, faster, bigger etc. his fit on an nba floor is complex since he can’t hit spot up 3s and lives in the mid post, where he also isnt automatic from the mid range either. He’s comfortable with the ball and has solid passing chops. I’m very curious to see how his freshman season goes.
