The NCAA Tournaments and numerous high school events serve as prime opportunities for NBA personnel to closely observe draft prospects from the current class and beyond. A look into Sarr’s mindset this season

Alex Sarr has started to separate himself as the potential top pick in the class, after wrapping up his season as strong as he started it.

Sarr first opened eyes during the Ignite showcase back in September, lining up against Ron Holland and Matas Buzelis. According to league personnel, Sarr knew the stakes of what that game meant for his draft stock and took it personally, playing with the mindset of “I’m going out there to kill”.
