Atop the list is potential Top 10 pick Donovan Clingan. The 7’2” big man looked every bit of it on the floor, towering over teammates and opponents. Teams in the lottery that are looking for size and defense will surely be looking Clingan’s way as it’s clear that the big man will be a day one rim deterrent the minute he steps onto an NBA court. His ability to get tall, utilize his standing reach, absorb contact from drivers, and then spike balls is a real-deal NBA skill. I’m still not in love with Clingan as a mover.
