With the massive influx of international talent that has made its way to the college ranks for the 2025-26 season, this could be a fairly light year for those of us who cover overseas basketball. However, there’s still talent to evaluate overseas, the only difference being that before this season scouts used to think strictly in NBA terms when evaluating a prospect past a certain age, and now everyone can also be evaluated in terms of the impact they could make at the college level, given that players as old as 22 chose the college route for this year.

That is what this International Dispatch is about: giving updates on a number of names who are making waves overseas and could pop up on draft boards or begin to be recruited by some of the top college programs.
