As we wind down to the end of the regular season, I was live at Eagle Bank Arena over the weekend for an Atlantic 10 battle between St. Bonaventure and George Mason. In a battle highlighted by a potential Portsmouth Invitational Tournament (PIT) lock and several future All Atlantic-10 selections, George Mason withstood a St. Bonaventure second-half surge to win 71-58. Let’s lead with that potential PIT lock, my favorite pre-draft event.
Saint Bonaventure
I was looking forward to seeing Frank Mitchell in-person. St. Bonaventure’s engine is a strong and physical double-double machine that should be a lock for the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament (PIT) next month. To no surprise, the A-10’s leading rebounder notched another double-double with 15 points and 16 rebounds (with nine points and nine rebounds at the half)
