Every week, I’m sharing my 2026 NBA Draft scouting notes on who I watched that week and my biggest takeaways. Let’s dive into why this big man class is getting tricky with guys like Flory Bidunga, Morez Johnson, and Hannes Steinbach, how Providence may have some fascinating long-term prospects, and so much more.

Flory Bidunga – Kansas 6’10” 235-pound Sophomore Center

Flory Bidunga had a hell of a game against Baylor. Bidunga is someone I keep struggling with, but he just continues to show up when Kansas needs him and has gotten better across the board. Last week, I mentioned how his slashing looks a lot better and translatable. Against Baylor, though, his rim running was insanely impressive. He gets off the floor quickly, but more importantly, he catches everything. He has such good hands, and it doesn’t matter where the pass is. Being able to provide that type of uber reliable vertical spacing is a big strength, even if it isn’t necessarily the sexiest skill set.
