Before I explain what is going on, I need to take a moment to talk to each one of you reading this. The idea behind No Ceilings was something that I personally was incredibly excited about. It’s what keeps me up at the late hours on a daily basis, trying to figure out new ways to give back to you…THE FANS.

The response so far from each and every one of you has been f***ing awesome. I’m so proud of what we are building and I cannot wait till this thing REALLY starts rolling. Now that I’ve taken a moment to talk about how awesome all of you are, I want to personally give something back to you.

Allow me to introduce you to my next upcoming personal project named “PROSPECT.” Ever since I got to watch DETAIL with the legendary Kobe Bryant, I had this crazy idea that I wanted to do the exact same thing except focus on NBA Draft prospects. At the time of the idea, I had no clue at all where to even begin to start. It seemed like a daunting task, but I was determined to eventually figure out everything behind the scenes that was required to attempt this.

Today…I’m officially introducing a little anarchy.

PROSPECT is going to be a YouTube segment in which I will breakdown film of as many upcoming NBA Draft prospects as you can possibly handle. College, International, G-League, and even Overtime Elite prospects…if they are going to be in the conversation for the 2022 class…I’m going to do my best to make sure we get to watch film together on them. Now I need to warn you in advance…I’m a bit of a perfectionist. There’s going to be plenty of growing pains with this process and it’s NOT a finished product by any means necessary (I still hate Adobe Premiere). But this is going to be my gift to all of you. My future goal is to also have some of our No Ceilings team, as well as special guests, on these segments to share our thoughts throughout the evaluation process.

I hope that this can be a tool to educate both of us when it comes to evaluating prospects. Throughout my career working in basketball, I’ve been fortunate enough to pick the minds of some exceptional talent evaluators. Now, I’m hoping I can show you some little things that might help you become better. Throughout this process, I’m also hoping that you can make me better with your comments and reactions.

Because at the end of the day…the NBA Draft evaluation process is all about getting better and improving your eye for talent.
